80 Tidung Island Residents Checked Up Cervical Cancer

Seribu Islands Women's Association is holding socialization and counseling of early cervical cancer detection to their member and citizens in Tidung Island Urban Village's Hall, South Seribu Islands.

From the checking result, no cervical cancer found on the residents

South Seribu Islands Sub-District Head, Arief Wibowo stated, after the counseling, about 80 participants checking up right away in Seribu Islands Health Center.

Tidung Island Residents Trained to Process Seafood

"The early detection needs to be done as prevention. It needs to be checked in sub-district's health center," he stated, Tuesday (10/6).

The counseling, he told, is cooperation between the Women's Association with Indonesian Cancer Foundation (YKI).

"From the checking result, no cervical cancer found on the residents," he closed.
